I love the idea of taking your collection of pretty cards, like these from Morris & Essex:
And then putting them on the wall, like this:
Quaint, lovely, affordable. Perfect.

I found these fabulous frame-tastic collage images from de(coeur)acao and had to share. Go therefore, and collage!
I’ve decided I’d like a plate wall like this. Just. Like. This. So now all I need are a buncy of funky plates…and white walls…and somewhere to live with a big wall next to the table. Hmmm… It’s gonna be harder than I thought.

I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am about this fantastic giveaway. The unbelievably talented photographer Cynthia Spivack would like to offer the winner of our contest a free photo shoot, which can be used for an engagement session, family shoot, baby shoot….you name it! I’ve put together a collage of her family photography for you to feast your eyes on. Cynthia specializes in family photography (which has to be so hard…how does she get those wiley kids to look good on camera?) but loves couples as well!
If you think you’d like to win a free session with Cynthia (and after seeing these images, I don’t know who wouldn’t) then you’ll most definitely want to enter.
Here are the giveaway rules:
GOOD LUCK!

Although I don’t think I can stand another week of grey skies, I DO think I can handle plenty more of these pretty grey finds…

Hello and happy friday! I wanted to share with you this absolutely DARLING photoshoot from One Love Photo which I found originally via Pink Argyle. I want a house like this: black floors, white walls and TONS of books. Delicious.
Sometimes, something as simple as a few lovely bottles (like these vintage ones from My Wagonette) and an architectural branch are all you need to spice things up. The key is to keep it simple…which, I’m not gonna lie, is something I have a hard time doing.
I always love throwing in a vintage items throughout the house to add a little warmth and personality. How great are these wire baskets from Every Eskimo? What a delight!
